A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture, Construction and Environmental Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology, and also the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics. After graduating from the Poznań University of Technology, he was a shareholder and financial director in the company POL ENERGY dealing in LPG trading.

After graduation, he was the owner of the consulting company Polish Strategic Advice Centre. He participated in many projects for the public sector. An experienced manager in projects for central and local government institutions. From April 2011 to January 2012, President of the Management Board of Victoria Asset Operation Center plc. From February 20, 2012, President of the Management Board of AGTES plc.

He has been the President of the Management Board of Onlybio.life plc since December 29, 2020, and the President of the Management Board of Boruta-Zachem Kolor from April 2, 2020.
