PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in the Department of Civil Law. A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, and European Special Studies at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. She passed the exam for candidates for membership of Supervisory Boards in State Treasury companies, and has held positions in Supervisory Boards of municipal companies. Holds a Certificate in Alternative Trading System.

Advocate running own law firm KBW LAW Ltd. and cooperating with Warsaw, Gdańsk and Szczecin law offices of legal advisers and attorneys-at-law. Her main specialization is legal services for businesses, investment and transformation processes as well as legal services for public offers and private equity companies.
