This Information Memorandum has been drawn up in connection with the public offering from 1 to 52,915,030 series E ordinary bearer shares (“Shares”) of Boruta Zachem SA with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (the”Company”) with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each and applying for the introduction of these shares to trading in the Alternative Trading System (NewConnect market) operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
